Admission procedure at St. Joseph's Senior Secondary School, Panapur Kariyat, Muzaffarpur is friendly and transparent. Registration is a precondition for admission. Children are normally registered for admission in the month of November to February. Admission is made on the basis of written test & merit list followed by Viva (I-IX). 25% seats are reserved in Nursery under RTE and no test is conducted for this category. The student who does not qualify the entrance test may appear in next test if conducted by paying half of the registration fee.

Admission to Class Nursery

• Eligibility : Minimum age 3+ years as on 31st March
• Registration is the first step for seeking admission in St. Joseph's Sr. Sec. School, Panapur, Muzaffarpur

Registration at School

• Registration form is available on all working days (Monday-Saturday) during the school hours.
• Payment of prescribed registration form can be done vide cash/pay order drawn infavour of St. Joseph's Sr. Sec. School, Panapur Kariyat, Muzaffarpur
• Duly filled and completed form should be submitted to the admission office before the lastdate of submission.

• Self attested copy of Birth certificate of child issued by the Municipal Corporation/Competent Authority.
• Self attested copy of Adhar Card of child and both parents.
• Two passport size recent photograph each of Parents/Guardian & Child.

Admission to Class XI

• Admission to Class XI in the streams of Science (Mathematics/Biology) and Commerce starts after the announcement of result of std. X (Board Examination).
• Documents required for admission in Class XI Science (Mathematics/Biology) and Commerce.

School registration and admission form

• Self attested xerox copy of : Admit card class X, Marksheet class X, Registration card Class IX, Adhar card, Original Transfer certificate, Medical fitness certificate of previous school, Blood group report & Two passport size recent photographs each of parents/guardian and child.

Transfer Case

• Transfer certificate from employer stating date of transfer
• Transfer certificate from school last attended for classes prep onwards.
• Parents of students approved for admission will be called for verification of original documents as per schedule.
• No undertaking regarding the documents mentioned above will be accepted at the time of verification.
